We provide dental restoration services to repair and protect teeth that have been damaged by decay or injury. Not only do restorations repair damage, but with tooth-coloured materials and advanced treatments we can restore the function and natural appearance of your teeth.
Fillings repair cavities in your teeth that are caused by tooth decay. They prevent further decay from occurring and they also restore the function and look of the damaged tooth. Tooth-coloured fillings can be shaded to blend with the natural colour of your surrounding teeth.
Crowns are synthetic teeth that are used to completely restore a damaged tooth. They are used for teeth with severe decay or damage. Crowns are made from porcelain or ceramic and are shaped and shaded to blend with your smile.
Inlays & Onlays
Sometimes a tooth can’t be restored with a filling but it doesn’t require a crown. In these cases, we may recommend an inlay or an onlay. These restorations are made in a dental laboratory and are cemented in place in the damaged tooth. Once in place, inlays and onlays protect the tooth, provide structural support, and restore function. Onlays are special inlays that restore the biting strength of a tooth.
Bridges are used to restore lost teeth. They consist of one or more artificial teeth, similar to crowns, that are attached to your natural teeth. When in place, the bridge is supported by the teeth on either side of the missing tooth. Bridges are designed to match the colour and shape of your natural teeth.
